Development of 5 homes and a new road which is part of a larger master plan of 15 homes and 3 office blocks in a semi rural area in Cambridgeshire. The homes are a mix of 3 and 4 bed finished in a mix of brick, render and flint responding to the village setting and local vernacular. The homes are currently under construction and due to be completed in 2024.
