Replacement 5 bed family home located in Hemingford Abbotts, Cambridgeshire in a Conservation Area. The Client was inspired by Manor style properties and wanted a highly detailed and intricate home with lots of historic and traditional detailing. The use of oak detailing, reclaimed bricks, small handmade clay tiles contrasted with a lime render create a very attractive frontage and high end finish. The layout is based on a typical H plan which has been adapted at the ground floor to offer a large open plan living dining and kitchen space with amazing south facing garden views with large folding sliding doors. The use of black metal windows within stone surrounds and a feature chimney further enhance the design.
